He heard a Star was born, and he wondered at that. She was just a plain- faced petite girl, nothing special, nothing mystique about this being; and then he got to know her. Janice thought about how weird it was that Kelvin understood her perfectly; he got her awkward way of piecing sentences together. And then just like that, it happened, she didn't know when or how but she was falling in love with him.
First love they say die hard; he was bemused when she told him she did. Apparently this little lady didn't know what she was talking about. Whatever game she'd crafted in that mind of hers, he was going to play along. But he was wrong, she was an open book! She'd manage to hide that under her smart intelligence; but maybe that was part of falling in love. Her naivete and innocence drew him like a moth to a flame.
This wasn't right, he knew but he needed someone to just love him; he wanted to know what love was. But then he wanted Ruby. But here was Janice all more than willing to give her all to him. Though selfish he will take and taste this love.
He wasn't good enough for her; it was written in the galaxy he wasn't worth her. But God's truth! She didn't even know she was that Star, she'd thought her world was in Kelvin. But he was her angel, like Michael he'd protected her these two years, how was she going to face the world alone.
Kelvin wondered at what made her special, so in order to know he still got her he took a piece of her; she was that vulnerable to him so she let him; so long as it was Kelvin, she didn't mind. He thought the star would dim, but the next time he saw her she glowed brighter then he took her. She said "I love you Kelvin". He didn't call back because he was with Ruby now.
Her heart became heavy, if she didn't have Kelvin, then she'd probably will have no one; Ruby was indeed lucky.
Kelvin had seen every part of her, he'd taken her piece by piece; she'd never notice because she was too pure, too sacred, too beautiful was her heart. But with each piece he took, he unraveled a different version of her, a different light, a greater glow; he was stunned.
He knew he couldn't have her,she wasn't for him but then her light had bared his soul, had illuminated him.
"Whoever will have you eventually will be really lucky he said" she smiled weakly at him. But she wanted him; now he had everything, he had Ruby, he had his mother's estate.
But if only she knew, she was the prophecy; she was the light and it took Kelvin coming into her life and leaving that she'd realize that. But there was only now; the Star who never she'd just been born.

I love every single aspect of it, it was ambigous in a very romantic way, the reader is at the discretion of allowing their thoughts to roam and comprehend it in their own way. It is easily relatable too. Thanks for sharing this with us
