I deemed it necessary to be a part of the week's contest dubbed what do you do when you are in search of motivation?There comes a time in one's lifetime when you feel down, discouraged and seems all is lost but what i motivates me to bounce back are these laid down actions

This movie tells us the story a Greek king Odysseus who was returning from his journey to the land of Ithaca from a battle at Troy and eject his suitors of his throne. The challenges he encountered but eventually made it motivates me a lot.
sober reflection
When I seek for motivation, I lie down on my comfort zone(bed) and reflect on the previous challenges encountered and how I dealt with it to resolve it. After getting the fair idea, it motivates me to face what ever hurdle been encountered square on.
play football out of my comfortable position
Aside playing video games, playing football is also a hobby i enjoy most. It was a dream to be a professional footballer but it couldn't materialized but still keeps the pace. So anytime am in search of motivation, i play football out of my center back role to other roles in order to maximize my chances. If I excel, it propels me to excel in whatever issues confronting me.
pray
Prayer is the key that opens every closed door as my Bible tells me to pray without ceasing in 1 Thes. 5:17.So when I am not searching for motivation, I also seek the face of God.
