Last month, a new direction to spearhead steemit was introduced by it's leadership on how posts would be curated. They tasked the leadership of the various communities to drop in applications for some communities to be selected for the month of August and these communities won the nod for the month @comunidadlatin, @steem-bru, @steem-sea, @draftcrearte,@promo-steem and @scouts.
The five selected communities would be curated by @steemcurator01, with the other communities by the @booming curators which @steem-ghana happen to be a part of it.
So as a steemian and a Ghanaian for that matter, #steem-ghana community deserves to be selected for the upcoming month because it has done a great job in the steemit platform. These are some of the qualities that #steem-ghana community possess which enables it stand tall above other communities

committed leadership

Steem ghana community is blessed with a well abled leadership who are entrusted with the the affairs of the community. I must say, they have not disappointed at all. Their leadership skills has rendered the community with much popularity. They give the community their all on daily basis without relenting on their responsibilities through postings, curations, comments and guidance.

Steem ghana community now has over 1700 subscribers with with 161 active members which is massive when you compare it to other communities. The community records more than 30 posts a day which is also very impressive.

18,000+ steem power

The community can now boast of over 18,000+ steem power from power ups, curations and member delegations. It may not be the target the community requires but it's a great feat when it is compared with other communities. This is possible because of the steering of the CRs and the hard work of the members.
With the introduction of the weekly delegation rewards, it has also helped a lot with a lot of steemians delegating to the community.

committed members

The #ghana community is endowed with committed members who are perfectly doing well in other communities as well. @mcsamm, @nattybongo are committed to their task as promoters at @promo-steem supported by @magcarnie, @collinz, @farhmade, @massachussets etc while our country representative @oppongk also plays additional role in @around-theworld Community. Commitment levels of the members the steem ghana community is unquestionable. This shows the level of commitment of the ghana community to the steemit platform.

With the above stated, steem-ghana community deserves a nod in the community of the month in September. Am encouraging all members to rally behind this campaign by doing what they do best. We should not relent in pushing the community forward. Thank you for your time and please leave a comment
