School Reopens For From One

School reopens and as usual students come to school. It is very common these days to see them come with their mattresses, sacks, bags and trunks. This is because, due to the education system, one cannot keep his or her trunk in the room, because other batch of students who will always come to occupy the space.

Form ones are very naive and are very gullible due to this, they pay attention to every rule in the school, but as they move on their levels, they change completely. This, they call it being enlightened.

The current education system gives space to students for them to enjoy their studies. The free education system policy by the government made the schools overpopulated. This the government saw and said that the schools must run the tracking system.

But since there is enough facilities in schools to accommodate students, the policy is now being revised gradually. It will get to a time that they will all go to school together and vacate together.

Parents who bring their wards to school always complain about these system. When I was in the SHS, I usually was seeing my mum pray for me always. She use to call me on phone in school to share word of prayers with me. This is very common with these students. Their parents call often to check up on then to see their progress at school.

However, parents who are benefiting from the free SHS policy and who couldn't afford payment of fees sometimes do not get money for their children when they are coming to school. Students whose parents do not have enough complain alot about hunger in school. A teacher most times cannot watch them starve.

As teachers, it is our goal also to train faculties of the child. School reopens and we pray for a wonderful semester.
