Cordial greetings to the globe of steemit. I am blessed to share with you in this contest. I encourage each and every steemian to join and share in order to make this platform a better place. I am glad to share my concern on the contest organised by @sarkodieeric about where and when did you find steemit and how do you see steemit so far in your steem journey?

Where and when did I find steemit?


Each and everyday, we come across a whole lot of experiences and events. Some of them keep concrete memories in us, some also leave us and blow away and do not have impact on us because they do not have relevance. I met steemit in 2018 when I was having my national service. @tjforreal introduced me to it. He actually came for a steemit promo. After his presentation on steemit, I got the interest to join but he was in a hurry and couldn't explain alot of things to us. He brought along with a flyer which read create a blog and write about anything be it; travel, photography, science, art etc. He said you got to write articles and get reward for people upvoting the content and also get reward by curating others content.

In fact the whole thing was confusing, he didn't take enough time to take as through the jargons and areas that can help as. All those who joined couldn't continue after two weeks because we were all lost. I wanted to do it because I knew I had a place to keep my content, but I stopped because it was stressing me. But I must say thank you to him for the introduction. I left my account with only three posts then.

It took years to meet it again in Nsutaman Catholic School where there were a lot of steemians who had the zeal for the job. Their passion led me to rejoin again. I must say a big thank you to them. It hasnt being the same after. As we speak I have 3511 posts with 68 reputation and a country representative for Ghana and still optimistic for greater achievement. I have invested in steemit till now. Though the journey has been tough.

How do you see steemit


Steemit is you and i . I personally believe in cooperation and involvement. Steemit is growing with new initiatives by the Steemit team. The club initiatives and community curation, engagement contest and a whole lot. With the help of all, the steem economy is growing. Let us hope, let us believe and steemit will see heights. In future, I see a lot of milestones of dolphins, quadruple dolphins and a whole lot. A whole lot of people across the world are putting efforts to promote steem.
