My steem expectations in Ghana by @kofimaestro

Greetings to all,

It is another great day with great opportunities coming our ways. I joined @steemit four months ago and it has been a very experience so far. Steemit has awoken my reading and writing skills since I completed school and vowed not to be making any more writings or readings.

Since joining steemit in January 2021 it has always been my hope to earn to pay my application fee for my postgraduate education. I started applying to some universities outside country but always got stacked on the way as a result of the payment of application fees. Although some of the schools charge higher prices which I did now have enough funds to pay, others charged you quite less which I could easily pay. What then is my problem, you may ask? Why not pay for those you can afford?

Mostly, the means of payment are paypal and debit card which I do not have any account. All efforts to register for an account have proved futile.

I see steemit to be a very great way to make it. I therefore expect some changes that will allow for the payment of such monies using steemit. It would be a great breakthrough if one could easily buy, sell, pay bills or make any online payments using steemit. Just like transferring tokens, steem and SBDs, the menu for making payment transactions could be included in the steemitblog chain.

As we are moving more towards a digital world, the various institutions, corporations and governments would be forced to accept these payment methods . Furthermore, with the gradual decline in our financial stability here in Ghana, I hope the state will channel its attention towards cryptocurrencies. The value of the Ghanaian currency is depreciating so fast that if proper structures are not put in place, the country might collapse. It is hence my expectation that going forward our leaders will realise the value of cryptocurrencies and therefore steem and make proper investments. This I believe will go a long way to stabilize our financial status as a country.

Let's all help to make steemit more better.

Thank you for your attention.
