The diary game: My Sunday Activity- 4th April, 2021

Hello everyone,

I woke up this morning with much joy, all because today is Sunday. On Sunday I get to meet up with church members in one accord to worship the Lord. I woke this morning at exactly 5:00 am to church premises for the organization. Working in the lord's church has always been my number priority. I don't wait to be told, because I know what I get from it.

After church organizing, I quickly came to the hostel to prepare for church service. I was very hungry and decided to cook some indomie noodles before church. I got to church around 9:00 am, and at that time the number of the congregation was not that encouraging.

Today at church the bible text was taken from Amos 8:15, and the topic was knowledge. I nearly slept in but I tried my best to stay awake. Even though I was feeling sleepy yet I really learnt a lot from today's teachings. In today's teachings, I got to know that when we say the bible is powerful, or this book is powerful, we simply mean the content of the book is powerful but not that the book does miracles or wonders. It is the content of the book rather. And also the word of the Lord will remain forever.

After church, I went to Aunti Muni's special waakye joint with a few of my church members to buy some take-home food for the afternoon. We took a few pictures on the way and afterward went to our various destinations. I really like it, when the family lives together in peace. One of the reasons I like it on Sundays.

In the evening around 5:00 pm, I decided to cook some jollof rice. The stew already prepared so what was left for me was to continue right away from there. After, 45 minutes the food was ready.
