The Diary Game ; 09/04/2021 - My Friday Activities.

I’m off from duty at work today and I’m very lucky it’s Friday, I plan to embark on some activities.

Early this morning at 4:30am I woke up from bed to observe my fajr prayers, it was nice spending some couple of hours reading the holy Quran.
Being a Friday born it has always been a special day for me.

At about 8:00am I took my bath to prepare and visit my late sister’s husband and their daughter to spend some time together with the family.

I took my time to prepare a black tea made with coffee and sugar for my breakfast before I leave the house.

Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and we had a very fruitful conversation but it really saddened me when I look at where I use to see my sister sit whenever I visited them and to remember she is no more. Rest in peace sister.

I left my sister's husband house at 1:00pm to prepare for a congregational Friday prayers (jummah). The sermon was as educative as much time was talked about forgiveness, repentance and preparation towards the holy month of Ramadan where fasting will take place for the time period of 29 days or 30 days.

It was time for lunch so I went to get myself a local dish called Tubaani.

Tubaani is local food which I enjoy so much, it’s made up of beans floor which will be mashed with water and tired in a plastic rubber and boiled, together with pepper, salt and oil. It’s highly nutritious and it contains protein.

It was full of fun enjoying my Tubaani with coconut water as well which was so fresh, tasty and refreshing.

I observe my Asr prayers at 3:15pm and spent some beautiful time playing oware game with my friend at the base.

He tried to take a revenge but ended up conceding more with 3 staight ayele , staffy onell better luck next time.

I was running out of time and I had to leave for the house to prepare for Magrib prayers at 6:00pm.
The day was blessed, full of fun and excitements.
