THE DIARY GAME - 17/04/2021 - MY SATURDAY ACTIVITIES

Hello everyone here,

It’s my greatest pleasure and honor to be here today to share with you on my Saturday activities.

It’s an exciting moment of my life where I’m spending my time beautiful time at work as well as observing Ramadan, it’s a holy month where each moslem shall fast for either 29 days or 30 days.

I woke up very early to take my meal in preparation for the fasting, and after Fajr prayers I spend hours reading the Quran an before I prepared and left for work.

It started well at work where dusting of the ward was made and arrangement of instruments and other items for work to commence.

INSTRUMENTS

These instruments are used together with the microscope in performing a procedure called microscopic ear suctioning.

Ear assessment under microscope

This procedure makes it possible to view under the microscope the various structures of the ear, it helps also to see and identify any abnormalities or foreign body presence in the ear for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

At the Ear, Nose, Throat unit I was made to take a student through a facilitating of the major activities of the unit and also on the Anatomical structure of the ear and its physiology.
Facilitating
The ear is an important organ responsible for hearing and balance. It’s mostly described in three parts, the outer ear, the middle ear and the inner ear.

The outer contains the pinna and the ear canal; it’s mostly the visible part of the ear. The middle ear includes the tympanic membrane, the three ossicles.

The inner ear sit on the labyrinth and contains structures which are key to several senses, the semicircular canals.
It enable balance and eye tracking when moving , the uricle and saccule which enable balance when stationary and the cochlea which enables hearing. The ears are place symmetrically on either side of the head, an arrangement that aid sound localization.

It was good time facilitating and we then moved into another session where I made ear assessment under microscopic examination.

EAR ASSESSMENT UNDER MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION

It was seen with no abnormality, the structures were seen intact, no foreign body seen.

Being a professional I had to stay focused on my work even though I was tired.
We attended to other patients and until closing hours of normal work.

After all procedures of the day

I arrived home after 3pm, observed my asr prayers and had a rest. @4:30pm I went to the ball center to watch my favorite team Chelsea as we were locked with Manchester city in the FA Cup semifinal at wembley.

Both teams has been on a good run as Chelsea performance has been impressive reaching the FA Cup final and semifinal in the champions league with Manchester city as well.

At the end of the game my team Chelsea came out victorious, it was felt with joy, excitement and happiness on the faces of the coach, players and the entire fans.
Manchester city was left with disappointment as they couldn’t perform to the best of their opponent. London is blue and so is wembley.

watching videos of Forex trading Tutorials

I spent the rest of my day watching video of tutorials on history of forex trading, trading, trending, and many more of forex trading. It’s in important area I will like to learn much about and I give it a time always trying to learn new things about it.
