Always Strive to Do Your Best & Don't Be Complacent

My fellow steemians, I believe you are doing well.

It has become a thing that people work hard for the position they desire, day and night. But once they get a taste of their long awaited success, they usually become quite reluctant and think they have achieved it all.

This is the mistake most people tend to make and not realize that it is only temporary if they fail to secure a smooth pipeline for their dreams to cement.

Complacency here means that they are over confident in their capabilities and may underestimate the challenges that lie ahead of them. This is very common in society nowadays.

I think the new trend is that most people especially that of the younger generation of individuals want to look more successful than they already are. That way, they can gain some fame and popularity among their friends and colleagues.

This has a huge downward potential as it mostly gets to their heads more than enough and brings them down in the process.

Once we feel we are a step closer to our dreams, we need to sit back and envision the potential of going much further than just the simple target we have set for ourselves.

If we truly want to go further than we have been, that is the sure path to victory. Complacency is just a hinderance to our ability to unearth our true potential. As such, we must strive to plug it out of our system at all cost.
