Getting over "Low Mood" |Tried & Tested Tips|

I woke up this morning feeling extremely awful and uninterested in anything. This feeling isn't that regular though, I recall them happening on several occasions in the past.

On days when this feeling kicks in, I don't just feel like speaking with anyone or answering calls let alone stepping out of the room.

I then decided to ask Google why that feeling occurs; What I gathered out of that search made it clear that;

Name of the Condition

This feeling is called 'Low Mood'. It usually occurs after distressing events or due to some major life changes. I also believe that when our conscience doesn't set us free, it occurs. Above all, this feeling is also known to occur without any cause.

How to deal with the Condition

• Try talking to someone Eg. a friend, colleague, family or other relatives. This will help take your mind off the 'Low Mood'.

• Get involved in activities such as playing indoor games.

• Take some time off to sleep. This will help you relax.

• Listen to some good inspirational music. This will help lift you up emotionally and as well get you entertained.

'Low Mood' can happen to anyone at any time and I hope the above information helps you get through it.
