So today myself, @anaman and @mcsamm went to town to have some discussions on our upcoming steemit meetup, preparations towards it in terms of procuring T-shirts, foods for the event, bringing onboard the masses including the old members and the perfect venue that would suite the place and we have finally decided on Sapphire Gardens, the place is absolutely stunning, very spacious and we were able to get them to agree to give us our own space with nice arrangements for the program.
