Greetings everyone,

As steemians who are working towards a common goal of growing our community, we need to make it a priority to meet up every now and then and interact with our steemians while we work on plans for our future projects. This is why we have decided to meet yet again in order to get to know each other and discuss important issues concerning our community.

Our meetup is scheduled to occur this Friday at the Sapphire Gardens at Atasomanso here in Kumasi. This is a very well known place so it shouldn't be very difficult to identify. Also, they don't charge any entrance fee making it the ideal place to host an invent and also cut down cost.

Since Friday (the 24th) is usually a half day over here and the beginning of the weekend, it is a great day for meetup. Besides, the 25th is going to be a Christmas holiday so it wouldn't be ideal for a meetup. Hence, Friday is gong to be an ideal day for this event.

We wouldn't like this event to hinder or powering up progress so we intend to cut down expenditure and utilize our personal funds for this one. That way, we can still focus on the #club5050 and also achieve our goal, killing two birds with one stone.

They don’t charge us for the venue so participants would only have to worry about the meal they will be having. A plate costs around 30 cedis and the drinks are the normal outside prizes.

It is bound to be a very fun event and those who came the last time could bear witness.
