Login steemworld.org and click on delegation

Click delegate as marked by the red arrow
Step 3
Fill in the box with the appropriate details
- The account you are delegating to
- The amount of sp to be delegated
step 4
Click on yes and inout your account private key and then click on next
step 5
Check you delegation by clicking on outgoing delegations to comfired your delegation
