My dairy game :20/09/2022,Nsutaman Catholic school

Hello everyone, Is another beautiful day and we give thanks and praises to Almighty God for all the good things He has done for me and you. More over, I’m here to share with you guys how my day was spent . As usual I woke up very early around 5:00 am in the morning. I did my morning devotion with my family and prepared my breakfast.

I listened to morning show after which I set off to school since that day was the final practical examination for home economics students in my school thus Nsutaman Catholic Senior High School.
In this post,I selected one of the dish and how the dish is been prepared and the ingredients used in preparing the meal

The meal chosen was fish vegetables stew ,yam balls, water melon basket , meat pie and carrot milk drink.
***Ingredients ***
*Fish,fresh tomatoes, flour,oil,carrot,milk,meat,yam,water melon.
###PREPARATION ###
1.Prepare syrup and put it into refrigerator.

1. Wash fresh fish and put it into manageable size.
2. Prepare the main dish and leave it on fire to cook.
3. Peel the yam,wash and leave it on fire to cook.Tidy up the place .
4. Prepare a mixture for your tit -bit,and fry it.Tidy up the place.
   6.Prepare your carrot drink and add syrup to it. Put it in a refrigerator to chill. Tidy up
5. Check your yam,tit-bit and the dishit out.
6. Prepare your blancmange and leave it on fire Tidy up
   9.Dish out the blancmange and set your table.
   The meal is ready to be served
