On the other hand, we need to use diverse strategies to retain the members in the community. Because, it's human nature that weakness, loss of hope, tiredness, emotional trauma, sickness, lack of motivation, lack of commitment and many other negativities are setbacks that may pull some of the members to redraw their services from the community.

So, engagement in Steem should never be ceased to happen, we should therefore focus engage each to support the various Community engagement. If all elements are working well with Steem and our membership declines, it means the required output we anticipate would not be great as expected. In the exams, comparing the percentage % pass, we realized that about 70% failed they form the less average students, while only 30% pass they form the average students.
