PROMO STEEM : My Continuous Support On Recruitment & Engagement

It has been very excitement working in Steem. Especially working as Country Representative for Ghana Community. My passion for Steem continues grow as more New members fill the space of Steem platform. One of the best way to promote Steem is Recruitment of New members and Retention of Steem users. For few months, our membership keeps growing. The signing up of New members are done with lovely team members that I need to appreciate their support: @menak, @bigssam and @sarkodieeric.

I have been able to support many Steemians to to get on with their Achievement Tasks through phone calls, meetings and one on one teachings so that they are able to know many use case in Steem. Apart from this there have been a series of meeting about how to promote our Steem Ghana Community and being link up with accessible projects that will invite Whales and invertors for support. To set a strong base, we need get more people who are committed to give their maximum support to the Team.

Last week recruitment was slow due to inability to complete with the phone number verification Last week, Mr. Huseine and Justice was frustrated for unable to sign but this week is back and things is normal.

Thursday was Holiday due to Our Family Muslims celebrating their Ramadan break. I received New member by Name: Clement Osei-Wusu who came purposely to sign up. He came with @menak and later joined by @bigsam. He was signed up successfully and his user name in Steem is @clementbm.

Our Recruitment continue today when James came to our School to seek help for sign up. We were very excited to see him having come signed. @sarkodieeric1 was present to support getting him signed up. We will then guide him to make his Achievement 1 task
