I am @oppongk, a Country Representative for Ghana. Not that I am dosted with STEEM, but I am trying to be generous with Our Newcomers for their successful stay in Steem Blockchain. More importantly, to motivate them to get more insight of what Steemit Community is about, to aid them to understand the terminologies in Steem and apply for their own good, to learn much about Steemit Culture and more usage of Steemit tools and how to apply them on other blockchain, for instance when it comes to trading/marketing.

In this case, one of the best Community for Newcomers to land and know much stuff is the Newcomers Community with our Leader @crytokannon who has originally prepared Achievement Tasks guiding Newcomers of what they should know and reflect. In my last Tutorials being announced here, we want All Newcomers to get involved in the Achievement Tasks and complete successfully. In this way, the Newcomers will be well equipped and educated about how Steemit is used.

It has come to my notice that most Newcomers do not continue after writing their Achievement Task 1. We see New members missing something crucial in Steemit.

Apart from being knowing much through the program, the Newcomer can apply for Pro-Newcomer's Delegation of power. The Pro-Newcomer Delegator can be further rewarded with additional Delegation if he remains Active.

So, why marking time if all these benefits avail for the Newcomer?

That is why I wish to motivate All Newcomers who remain active and complete his/her Achievement Tasks to Six(6).

I therefore invite @cherub27 who made this suggestion to reward Newcomers who successfully complete their Achievement Tasks.

This suggestion has really touched my heart to help Newcomers to Complete their Tasks.

To Qualify for this Benefit,

1. The Newcomer should come from Ghana.

2. The Newcomer should have accomplished all the Six(6) Achievement Tasks and being verified by the Steem Greeters.

3. Chance is given to Only Newcomers who will complete his Tasks from this months onwards.

Notice: I would be Keen and generous to increase the package from $10Steem upwards as soon as I see more Newcomers taking the Achievement Tasks very seriously.

Please remind me if I miss you have been verified through Achievement Six(6). You can comment on my current post with your summary of Achievement post on which you were verified.

Actually, this is a project I would want to run parallelly with @cherub27. It will be a project that will continue in Steemit Community.
