The Diary Game: Supervising My Students for Grounds Work

Today is Monday, very busy day at school. So I woke up at 4:30 am, supported my kids in order to leave for school on time. Around 6;30 am they were escorted to the bus so that I could also prepare for school. I was able to reach school 7:45; about 15mins since I had check up at the P-Kay for my typing work.

On normal day at school, like Monday like this; we used to teach but we found out that the compound was full of weeds which can attract some insects and animals like snakes. But then we informed students to bring cutlasses for grounds work. So, around 8;10 am, we assembled them and matched them to the where grasses have over grown at the side of the football field. The football pitch has been well mowed with our mower machine. But these places are always rough for our mower to mow which could result damaging the blade. That's why we prefer weeding.

The 1st phase of weeding we break around 10 am for students to rest and also eat their breakfast. I then found myself under the tree chatting with few teachers her. Today the staff were boring since no food was available to enjoy. After 30mins rest, we assembled the students again for them to clear the rest of the weeds. This week is revision and we have planned going to friendly match at Jeduako that is why we aren't bothered to teach the students, but they should learn on their own.

After the wedding, we led the players dressed up in their sports kits so that they could engage themselves in small training towards the friendly match. We could not do further work till the clock spined to the 2 o'clock pm for closing.

I headed to town to check up whether P-Kay has finish my typing work. When I came, there were a lot of more work for him to finish. He couldn't insert the diagrams I drew and had to help me get the diagrams from book. I wasted about an 1 hour there before I could leave for the house.

Well, life have been supportive by wife, washing and cooking, so I had to help her to remove the clothing washed dried on the lines to our room. When we get them done, I went to my room to relax for the next action before darkness approach. The rest of my time were used to be with my kids when they were back home safely, I helped them to complete their home work with the aid of market board. I also check many work on Steem, as usual my second home I mostly enjoy my life. I took my supper and ended the day with bathing and watching television 😃!
