i visit my farm every Saturdays either to weed, clear or harvest, today the cassava that i planted January was due for harvest so i went very early in the morning to the farm
I left my house to the farm by 6:20am,I got to the farm by 6:55am by trekking, not that far, after a very short prayer i started working immediately by 7:05am
Glory to God almighty who gave me a wonderful harvest, with the below 👇👇👇 pictures you all can testify that God gave me a bumper harvest, big cassava tubers
I finished from farm at about 11:15am
After harvesting and cutting the tubers i called a friend who transported them back to the house for me with his bike for peeling
As you can see i have started peeling, the peeling alone took me roughly 2hrs although i have other helping hands since this one was at home already
After the peeling i have to suspend work and eat because i was so hungry, so beans and custard was prepared for me, i ate a regained my strength
After eating i started washing the cassava, thereafter we took it to the grinding machine to grind a spin or press it, that process took about 5hrs because before i arrived back at home from there it was already 6pm
Meanwhile at the grinding i have sent people to make fire for me to come fry the garri or cassava flour, immediately i reached home i started frying and by God's grace i achieved all that I planned today
I have enough cassava flour that can take me and my family till next year, glory to God
I'm super happy for what God has done for me
Thanking you all for reading through, God bless you, God bless #steemghana
