Contest Winners: Tell us what can be done by leaders to sustain the current active members

Greetings All Steemit Teams!

We believe leaders and Reps of various Communities in Steem have had very amazing and good ideas about how to sustain more active members in Steem. Though this Contest was shared in Steem Ghana Community, but we find it very useful for all Communities if we pick some of these good ideas shared by our Contestants.

We leave it for Country Representatives, Moderators and Leaders of various Communities to select the good points raised in this contest to use them to build their Communities: "Tell us what can be done by leaders to sustain the current active members."

Since it was a very challenging contest, we had a lot of entries from many countries. In all, seventeen (17) Steemians were able to join. This contest. We are have for giving us a good response to this call and appreciate your effort.
