THE LIGHT OF THE LIVING
Lo, all these [things] worketh God oftentimes with man, To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living. (Job 33:29-30).
Job going through the difficult times of his life had a revelation about how God works with men. God brings the soul from the pit of destruction so there can be an encounter with light. Jesus is the light of the Living. (In Him was life and the life was the light of men. There is a life which lightens men.* This life is packaged in the Word of God.
One reality that preserve a man’s deliverance is the light he operates in. When light ceases, deliverance ceases. The greatest deliverance for a man is when light shows up in his darkness. This light shines in the soul and when it penetrates the body, then there is a manifestation of the works of deliverance.
But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. (1Peter 2:9). When you are enlightened with the light of the living, you become conscious of your identity and authority in Christ. Go for the Word of the Lord and you will see light. Hallelujah!
DECREE
I’ve life inside of me because I’ve Jesus. No darkness has a place in me. I shine in my sphere of contact. Glory to God.
