The Dairy Game :How I Spent My Holiday( Promoting Steem While Having Short Trip To TONO Dam)

Hello lovely people of steemghana, I am very happy to share my dairy with you my fellow steemians once again…… Let me first start by wishing all my Muslim families a happy Eid Mubarak, may Allah grant you all your heart desires. Wishing you guys all the very best.

Let’s start with today’s dairy, which was meanly a journey to TONO Dam.. It all began from the morning. I woke up around 9 AM this morning. Preparing myself for today’s activities. Some which includes assignments, homework’s and group works. I was in the bath house when I heard my phone rang. I rushed to pick it up , it was my friend from close by.

He told me that he wanted to visit Tono dam and wanted someone to go there with so he wanted to know if I will be free?. Although I had lots of works at hand, I didn’t want to miss this opportunity. I have heard of this dam since I arrived in this town but have not personally witnessed it So I quickly said yes.

I quickly prepared for the outing.I wore my steemghana shirt with the aim of promoting steem to him. So luckily he has a motorcycle so he came straight to my hostel to pick me up.

As we were going , our motorcycle had a puncher. I was the back tyre. Luckily for us there was a vulcanizer close by. We move to that place for the the tyre to be serviced. After some few minutes of examination by the vulcanizer he noticed a nail had coursed it.

It was very severe, it was two punchers that had occurred. If not that we noticed early, it could have resulted in an accident. He then fixed it and our motorcycle was ready to hit the road once again to our destination.

After some few minutes ride we finally got to our destination. It was such a big dam. I expected something small than this.

THE TONO DAM

We climbed the walk way to have a better view of the dam. It was so lovely from this height. The air was so cool with fresh breeze. Quiet environment with no disturbance. Such a beautiful scene.

I didn’t know people also fish in it until we moved to the other side were there was fishing boats. I got on one to have a feel of the water and the breeze that comes with it.

It was such a great experience, I really loved the place. Nature is always beautiful. We ranged around for a while then set of to another location just for relaxation. We went to a close by under tree with a bench. We stayed there to take fresh air for sometime then I started to introduce steem to him. I talked about steemit for a while, and think he was convinced so he said he will invite me over to his place during his free period for registrations. I was very happy he liked the idea. After some few minutes of relaxing under the tree he said he was tired which I also was.

Not only that but I had lots of works at hand. I was happy with today because some stress has been dealt with. He came back to drop me at the hostel.

Upon arrival, I did the assignments then I took my bath and then had some rest. Later in the evening I had my meal.
