Currently am in Port-Harcourt Nigeria Serving my Father's Land. It has been a wonderful experience so far. Have learnt a lot of things, meet people of different tribes, learnt a skills. I must say it is a good thing serving my country.

Here in Nigeria it is a Normal routine when you graduate from the University you are meant to serve your country for a year. It is called National Youth Service Corps.

The reason for a graduate to serve is to enable youths have that spirit of self reliance by encouraging them to develop skills for self employment. Also to contribute to the growth of the national economy. To develop common ties among the Nigerian youths and promote national unity and integration.

My Little Experience
The first day I heard that my call up letter was out I was so happy, so on the day I was set to travel to the state I was posted to,I was very excited,I had a smooth ride to the state,I met so many young youths that were zealous and eager to serve their father land.

While in camp,I was their dance leader and the drama cordinator. I acted as country who is ready to stand up again. We also matched on the parade ground.

This link will take you to a video where am leading my group in a dance.

We spent 3 weeks in the camp and we were posted to various local government areas where we were posted to our place of primary assignment. I was posted to teach in school and it's fun teaching students
