Introduction

Is My pleasure once again to write in our women community.
Hoping we all are doing very ok, and our families are healthy.

Every good thing has a start, we never knew that it will be possible to have a party as we are scattered in different part of Africa, but one day @essybrandy initiated the idea in our group chart, and everyone started suggesting on how we can bring this idea to reality.

After a whole lots of plans and suggestions, we picked a date which is 26/12/21, we also picked a method on how we can achieve this despite not being in the same location, which is via Zoom.

We also agreed that we can prepared a delicious recipe in our different locations, while we all enjoy virtually.

Let's see how it went.

My personal preparation

When you hear the word Party, It means enjoyment in different phases.

On Saturday night, I recalled that there is going to be a party the next day being Sunday, so I crushed my fresh tomatoes and kept in the fridge, so that I can use it to prepare my stew today.

So today after our weekend meeting via Zoom I jumped into the kitchen to start preparing for the party,despite that I physically enjoyed the party alone but I enjoyed it.

Firstly I boiled my rice, after which I cooked my red tomatoe stew and I eat a little, waiting for the party to begin.

The party begun by 5:pm, I logged in on zoom and I was so happy to see my fellow African women enjoying.

We had 14 people who joined from different parts of Africa to enjoy this. We also had people who enjoyed the party in groups like the uyo branch, they gathered together and enjoyed the party together, it was fun all through.

As the screenshot shows, we where all happy to see each other, and we exchanged encouragement. Honestly such meet ups tho virtual is a way of encouraging each other to do more. I believe that in the year 2022, there will be an African women club physical end of the year party and we will be happy to invite @steemwomen club members all over the world.
