Introduction

Hello steemians,

How are you all doing? I trust your day went well. I had one of the most stressful day of my life today. It was a whole lot of experience today, I must confess. I almost couldn't get pictures of my activities but trust me, as a steemians, we know how we do it.

I don't know about others but NYSC is an experience. It is actually enjoyable only if you are working in a place you like, especially when posted in your field of study, then and only then can you beat out chest to say I love NYSC 😁.

It is cool because it is part of the training we got in camp; perserverance, patience, tolerance,etc; when we had to climb some structures built by the man o'war, which represent the training on those values (patience, perseverance, tolerance, team work, etc.)

Activities for the day

I woke up by 8 a.m. today, said my prayers and dashed off to the bathroom. My siblings had already cleaned up the house before I woke up, that's one of the benefits you get as a big sister. I took my bath, got dressed and left the house to my school so that I could get my clearance letter which shows that I had successfully worked for the month of July.

Today, we went for our monthly clearance as usual at the local government office and the crowd there was something else. We were more than 300 corps member scheduled for today's clearance to be carried out by only one person, you can imagine🤷

Corpers couldn't even help the matter at all, they were pushing each others as though it was going to fasten the clearance process. I almost fainted.

Already, when I was heading to the local government, I battled with the bad roads in my area, in Lagos, Nigeria and no buses to enter, so I had to trek🤦

I got lucky and thumbprinted by 11:45am. I didn't even wait for any of my friends, I ran away immediately.

At 12:00pm, I was already on my way home. When I got to the bus stop, I met a lady on dreadlocks, I boldly stopped the woman because I loved her hair. I asked her where made hers and it happened to be just somewhere at the bus stop. I didn't think twice, I located the place to make my own hair immediately. I already had dreads on but I wasn't satisfied with what the stylist did on my hair so I began to look for another salon. I felt like I had finally found theperson to work on my hair so I decided to give him a trial. The hair cost #3000, almost 25 steems.

I finished my hair at 4:00pm, at this point I was really hungry, I didnt eat before leaving the house. I rushed home with even stopping by to greet anyone again, before I will see another thing I have to do. My baby cousin prepared indomie and eggs for me to eat and enjoyed it with coke.

In the evening, at about 8pm, when I thought my hectic day has ended, my sister walked in with a surprise package for me from a friend through her. Lots of chocolates, buscuits, and drinks.

I enjoyed my snacks and drinks (I shared with my siblings), I used it to calm my nerves after a long hectic day.
