I dragged myself out of bed and looked out the window.
the family was still sleeping.
I wanted to do something nice for me
I've been thinking of going for a walk.
I felt free like a bird. Nobody who wanted something from me, nobody who made demands on me.
walked to a riding stables. and looked at the horses.
Deeply relaxed, alert and completely clear in my head, I was able to start today after my morning walk. That's what I call a happy start to the day. Imitation strongly recommended! Tomorrow? 🙂
