Weekly Report as South Asian Representative of the Steem Womens' Club | 50% to #womenclubcharity

Greetings to all beautiful ladies!

I am back with the 2nd report of August. Since the beginning of the month, many changes have occurred across all the communities of Steemit due to the new support program. As you know, we got booming support on 5 posts per day. Admin and Mods are trying their best to make the most out of this support plan.

Some basic stats of overall activity in South Asia before and after the support program are as follows:

This increase in the activity is due to the fact that I am trying to personally contact all the inactive members, inviting them to be active again remain a valuable asset to the community. Women were really happy that I cared about them. They have started appearing again. Some were demotivated due to the decrease in support and others were busy in their personal lives. But they seem to be coming around.

Delegations Stats

I am proud to announce that there are 23 delegators now from the South Asian region. I have been educating women about the importance of delegations. Many women are new but they are powering up and delegating their steem power to the community. Delegators enjoy some perks in the community like delegation rewards.

Although delegations are not mandatory like vote support is not guaranteed. But delegators get preference while we choose posts for vote support. It does not apply to newcomers but we expect our members to build their steem power and delegate after a certain reputation score. Members who only keep withdrawing the rewards and don't power up will most likely lose the vote support and those who do not delegate will get less support than delegators.

I want to thank all our valuable delegators from South Asia. Here's the list and their delegation amount and rank in the community.

Important Note: Those members who are facing posting issues due to the low RC status after delegation can leave a comment here. I will delegate 50sp for two weeks. In the meantime, you can buildup your steem power.

Please do not beg for votes or spam my inbox with your post links. I manually check all of your posts and leave comments.

When can you complain about not getting support?

• You actively post in the community. At least 2 posts per week.
• You create top-quality content.
• More than 15 days have passed since the last vote.
• You are a big delegator.

If you post rarely and get disappeared for weeks then don't demand support. Some people are consistent and post daily. We prefer those over you.

If you are posting daily and your content is of superb quality, you might be selected once every week. But again please don't demand votes.

In order to support the official account to grow its sp fast, either you can delegate a handsome amount or make a habit of allocating at least 15% of your post rewards to it. You will get a higher chance of being selected in top picks.

We run a charity project for needy children handled by the account @womenclubcharity. You can set your post rewards to 50% beneficiary to that account and use the tag #womenclubcharity50pc. Sc01 looks out for this tag and might support you.
