How are you? Today I am going to share with you a very good home made drink which will keep your healthy ,good and also great in taste. I take this drink daily for breakfast and sometimes even for lunch. This is a wonderful drink that will give you thousands of benefits.

Ingredients

  • Mango /2
  • Milk/half a letter
  • Almonds
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar to taste

It has many uses for our body
Some of them are given below

  • Mango is a fruit of summer ,so helps in preventing heat stroke. Eating it cools you down instantly and hence refreshes you.

  • Mango cleanses your skin from deep inside your body. It treats pores and gives a glow to your skin.
  • It helps in regulating diabetes.

About the drink
This is a five min drink. You can take it easily in morning.
When you drink it you feels full. So it helps you to prevent gaining weight.

As you can see from my rank ,i am a new user on steemit ,i have many problems in understanding things.Before writting this post ,i read some posts of other participents ,one participent did the same thing that she mentioned the source from where she took that information so i did the same thing in my post.
