Hi everyone !!!🤗 .This is my first post in SteemWomen club. Today I hope to share hopper recipe with you.

Ingredients
✹ 500g raw rice
✹1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
✹1 cup of coconut water
✹1 tsp of salt
✹1 tbs sugar
✹1/4 baking soda
✹1 egg

Steps

✓Rins the rice severally until the water turns out clear. ( in here I used both red & wite rice)
✓ Soak the rice in water for 6 hours to absorb water and make easy to grind.

✓ Drain out all water from the rice and transfer into blender.

(Instead of above steps you can take rice flour directly.)
✓ Blend the rice and coconut milk in the blender to form a thick batter.

✓ Pour the batter into a bowl and add yeast, sugar, salt, egg and coconut water to it.

✓ Then stir well until no lump of flour remain.
✓ You can add extra water (if you need) until the batter is the consistency of pouring cream.
✓ Then keep the batter in warm place for 2 hours to ferment.

✓ To make hoppers first grease the pan with a paper towel or piece of clean rag dipped in oil.
✓ The pan must be hot when the batter goes in pour & immediately twirl to coat the pan with batter.

✓ cover with a lid and cook for a minute or two on medium heat.
✓ Check to see the progress

✓ Loose hopper with a palette knife or metal implement.( use non stick pan for loose easily)

✓You can enjoy hoppers with sambal or curry.
