Today I wanna share some tips and how to take care of your nails..First and most important thing wear cotton-Lined rubber gloves when washing dishes cleaning or using harsh chemical . Having clean healthy looking nail is a must for practicing good hygiene and keeping yourself looking your best ...I will share some useful tips about nails..

Tips

1. Trim your nails straight across... This will help you avoid ingrown nails also try to cut your nail right after you are showered or bathed so that the nail are softer.
2. To maintain nail flexibility and prevent nail split's, moisturize your nails after trimming them.
3. Vitamin B can also strengthen your nail.
4. Vitamin A and C can help make your nails more hydrated and glossy..
   Healthy and neat clean nail ..

Benefits of applying Nail polish

It is used to beautify hands and it makes a woman look beautiful..It important to protect yourself from heat..Some of the nail polishes contain vitamin and minerals ,but they do not contain and harsh chemical substance..So,a person should always maintain the hygiene of the hand and this Polish is really useful. So when you apply nail polish you feel good you look good ..Feel free to pamper yourself it's for the good of your health.
