I met this tea when I was feeding karatay. It hooked me with its content and taste. Although I do not consume it as often as before, I still make and drink this tea from time to time.

Ginger
Ginger is a great food for stomach and intestinal health. Ginger is extremely effective against vomiting and nausea. For this reason, it is recommended to be consumed especially before the trip. Ginger relieves diarrhea and intestinal disorders. It also strengthens the immune system. For this reason, I recommend you to consume ginger, especially in the winter months when our resistance against diseases decreases with cold weather. Ginger reduces menstrual pain. This feature is a feature that should be known especially for us ladies. Ginger cuts cough. Especially if your small children have a cough, you can mix powdered turmeric with the head and turn it into a paste, and you can give it to your child. But remember that if your child is less than 2 years old, they cannot consume honey. Finally, ginger speeds up metabolism and increases appetite.
Cinnamon
It regulates cholesterol and improves bad cholesterol. Therefore, it is often recommended to consume cholesterol patients. It strengthens memory and is good for forgetfulness. With this feature, it even competes with walnuts. It fights cancer cells and prevents them from multiplying. It also regulates blood sugar. For this reason, it is recommended for dieters and diabetics.
