Required things
❤ 2 DIFFERENT COLOR SHEETS
❤HARDBOARD
❤ FAVICOL/GLUE AND THREAD
❤ SCISSORS
❤ RULER
❤ PENCIL

Step 1:

Take the hardboard cut it into 8-inch diameter circle piece, cover it with a white color sheet and keep it side.

Step 2:

Take a white sheet and cut it into 2.5 x 2 rectangular pieces, make the rectangle into bulb shapes as shown in the picture, make 6 in white and 60 in blue sheets.

Step 3:

Again take the white sheet 1.5x2 in rectangular pieces and cut them into cloud-like shapes as shown in the pictures and make 6 in white and 60 in blue sheets.

Step 4:

Take a white thread or wool, stick the bulb shape pieces and clod shapes on it randomly as shown in the picture. and make like a garland.

Step 5:

Make 4 garlands like that and stick their one edge with the circle hardboard as shown in the picture.

Step 6:

Tie any beads or bells at the bottom edges of the thread.

Now the Cloud theme hangings. is ready to decorate your home. The bulbs shape will like balloons on clouds. You can also try it at your home with these easy steps
