Yesterday was such a busy day for me and in fact I intentionally come to school late just to support my daughter's school activity which is Buwan ng Wika since my husband is not feeling well.

***BUWAN NG WIKA*** is a month long celebration every August in which we promote Filipino language and culture. In this time, we tried to introduce to the kids the different Filipino Games, the Philipine National Emblem, different Filipino songs and Filipino food.

✨ALL ABOUT THE CULMINATION ACTIVITY✨

---

The activity started with a prayer led by one of the Nursery 1 parents followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted by this cute little Nursery 2 student.

Afterwards, Oath Taking of the new set of officers took place led by the School Director. These officers are the movers whenever there is an activiy. And these officers are indeed so active and supportive.

Then, presentation of the three groups of parents and students took place.

The first group presented a dance presentation entitled "Piliin mo ang Pilipinas". The second group also presented a dance entitled "Mamang Sorbetero" and the last group aing the song "Ang Bayan Ko".

Afterwards, the School Director gave her message and appreciation of the success of the Celebration. She is glad that we were able to have this creative, fun and beautiful Culmination Celebration.

Then, we let the kids experience some of the Filipino games for 10 minutes.

And we had a pictorial.

The most awaited part of the program finally came. It is the Salo-Salo. Salo-salo is a Filipino term of eating together. Each group prepare a food for us to share. We value sharing in this part.

And indeed the activity ended well and it is a SUCCESS ONE.
