Due to many restrictions again brought by the second wave of the worldwide pandemic, I was able to do things I usually didn't do. I was able to cook "SPICY CALAMARES". But since I don't know how to do it, I search some tutorial in the youtube. And now I will be showing you how I do it.
INGREDIENTS
| Spicy Crispy Fry | 1 sachet |
|---|---|
| Squid | 1/2 Kilo |
| Cooking Oil | 1/4 Kilo |
| Magic Sarap | 1 Sachet |
| Egg | 2 pcs |
WHAT TO DO:
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients. The squid should be wash properly and slice it's body.
Step 2: In the cleaned squid, put a half of spicy crispy fry, 2 pcs of eggs, and magic sarap. Mix it well.
Step 3: In a clean plate, pour the other half of crispy fry and roll the squid there.
Step 4: Deep fry the squid in a 1/4 kilo of cooking oil (medium heat only. Wait until it turns golden brown.
Step 5: And it is now READY to serve!
