Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing good in this pandemic.

Yesterday, I came to know about this contest and I found this contest quite interesting. So here is my entry for this contest.

Everyone have their own interests which we called as hobby. So too have many, but today I am going to share my one of top most hobby with you all and I am glad that @steemwomensclub have conducted this contest.

DRESS MAKING

I love to design and stitch my clothes, though I have never took classes for this. Only my mother had given some tips to me when I was around 15-16 years old.

Here I am going to share some pictures showing my talent.

This pink suit with palazzo in the picture below. I designed this suit for my friend's engagement. Mostly we are purchasing the fabrics for our dresses from Chandni Chowk.

For mostly I prefer to design and stitch at home rather than purchasing readymade dresses. I stiched this lehenga for my cousin's wedding. I got attracted to this fabric due to it's gotta patti work.

My aunt gave me some neck designs and from them I selected this which is in the dress below as it was having blue and white stone work and stitched this dress just for time pass.

I stiched this dress for my sister for my cousin's wedding and obviously I also wore this dress in other functions. This lehenga is in parrot green colour having small diamond shaped pattern on it. I had attached magenta pink lace to give a attractive look to it with magenta pink duppata.

The lehenga in the above picture was earlier designed with matching blouse later on I stitched another blouse to give a new look to my dress.

The picture of earlier look of this lehenga is below.

My sister insisted me to stich this kurti by seeing KAREENA KAPOOR on which she is carrying green kurti with magenta skirt. So I stitched this kurti with sharara for her and ofcourse I too wore this on many occasions and got many compliments.
