Im really sorry to be posting this this late but lately i have been up and down and as you know Steemit needs one to make posts when they are settled or else you may fail to make a quality post.
We all know it was the Easter season the previous week back here in Uganda and i decided to do something small for my slum people in Katanga.
Well i donot have enough money but atleast i am glad that i was able to put a smile on a number of single mothers.
These are single mothers who have big families and have to work really hard to make ends meet in both their lives and those of their children.
For this reason i thought it right to put a smile on a few ladies who really touched my heart.
This lady was abandoned by her husband with 5 kids and to make it worse the husband just lives next door but has never taken time to even know what his child maybe suffering from or what they will eat or drink. They really loved the chicken and i was really happy to when i saw them happy.
This too is a family of a single mother. This one lost her husband and even getting 2 meals a day is a tag of war but i thank God that when i went to visit her home with Easter she was so excited because to her it was something she least expected from an ordinary person.
Now i guess for this special case i was actually the one who was happier to give. This lady had been sick for some good time and i was really so glad that she was so excited when i knocked at her door and presented her Easter to her.
I am really greatful that i had the opportunity to put a smile on differemt ladies faces this Easter. Thank you "steemwomensclub" for waking me up from my comfort zone and realising that i really have to put a smile on somebody's face with the little i have.
Truth of the matter is i was more grateful than the people that received and for that reason i can fully say my Easter was a blast.
God bless you all.
