Today I'm going to share a heavenly delicious recipe with you, it's called Cold Éclair Dessert. This dessert is great for making in summers as it is not excessively chocolaty. It's light and refreshing and perfect for making for dinners and parties.

Ingredients

• Marie Biscuit 6 packets
• Cream 200ml
• Milk chocolate 400gms
• Milk 2 cups
• Pudding 1 packet
• Coffee (optional) 1 tsp

Method

---

• Boil milk in a pan and add the pudding sachet in it to prepare the pudding.

• In a separate bowl, pour cream and add milk chocolate in it. At this point you can also add coffee in it if you like. Microwave the bowl for 30 seconds and stir with whisk to make a homogenous mixture.

• Now it's time for layering. Place biscuits in the dish like so. Remember not to crush them.

• Next, pour the hot pudding mixture over the biscuits. Let the pudding set a little.

• Now pour the chocolate mixture over it. Let it set. Then repeat all the steps two times to continue with the layering process.

• Once the layers are complete, garnish it according to your liking. Here I have used plain cream to make these swirls. Lastly, refrigerate the desert for 4 hours. It should be completely chilled. Your dessert is now ready to be devoured.
