Clothes to be ironed again came out from among the undetected laundry. Actually, I don't know if I'm exaggerating. Because I iron everything from indoor t-shirts to jeans. Sometimes I ask myself if I'm exaggerating, but I can't bend any of the wrinkled clothes in the closet that way.I couldn't iron today because there were too many clothes to be ironed. Actually, too much is an excuse. The weather was very hot, I couldn't stand the iron in this heat and I didn't want to iron.
We buy yoghurt and milk from the village. Every week, usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays, they bring it to the door from the village and we get it. This week, they brought only milk because there was no yoghurt left. Since there was no yoghurt at home, I bought too much milk and stole yoghurt at home. The yoghurt I stole was great. With the remaining milk. I reserved some for a drink. The children wanted rice pudding with some, so I made rice pudding in the oven.
I don't like baked rice pudding, but kids love it. That's why I made it both in the oven and the normal classic rice pudding that everyone makes.Let's get to our recipe.
I never use ready-made milk when making rice pudding, it must be village milk.
BAKED PUDDING:
-3 kg of milk
-1.5 cups of rice
-2 tablespoons of sugar
Fabrication:
- We take 3 kg of milk into the pot.
We wash our rice and throw it into the boiling milk.
We don't like rice pudding with too much rice. When we eat rice pudding, we have to have some milk in our mouths. That's why I put less rice. When it's full of rice, it's like rice.
We discard the sugar when the rice pudding is close to cooking. I would like to point out a trick for those who do not know. If sugar is added before the rice is cooked, the rice will harden and will not be cooked.
If you want to eat a very sugary rice pudding, you can increase the amount of sugar.After the rice pudding is absorbed in sugar, we put it in small casseroles to make it in the oven.
We put some water in the baking tray and put the casseroles on the water and keep them in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
We put the remaining rice pudding into bowls.
My daughter wanted to pour cinnamon.
Meanwhile, our rice pudding in the oven is ready.
