SURPRISE Omelette

Hello everyone ;

It's a nice Thursday. Thursday is usually my cleaning day, so I don't have time for breakfast. It's also more difficult because of my twin babies. Since today is a public holiday, my daughter did not go to the classroom and therefore it seems impossible for me to clean. Today my daughter wanted to go to my mom for breakfast because she was at home. We called my mother and told her that we would come there. My mother accepted us because she was at home. We went a little late as it took me a long time to get ready due to my twin babies and breakfast was ready when we left. My mother wanted my pepper and tomato omelet that I made. So I took the ingredients out of the fridge to make the omelet and started preparing it with my daughter. Although we as a family love eggs and my daughter doesn't, we helped me and took pictures together. Now let's get to the materials

used materials:
-2 eggs
-2 green or red sweet peppers
-1 tomato
-2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter (preferably.)
-1 teaspoon of salt

We start by chopping the ingredients to make the omelet. We breed tomatoes and peppers in small cubes. I usually peel the skins off the tomatoes because children don't like skinned. I usually use mushrooms too, but I didn't add them because my mother didn't like them. Maybe I'll share my next post with mushrooms. The combination of mushrooms and cheddar is a wonderful thing.

We break 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the help of a fork until foamy.

Now that all these processes are over, we can start to burn the bottom of our oven. First, we take a large pan and put it on the stove, and after it warms up, we add 2 tablespoons of oil.

After our oil is hot, we put the chopped green pepper in it and fry it a little with the help of a wooden spoon.

Then we add the tomatoes that I peeled and chopped and continue to mix.

After the tomatoes and peppers are blended together, we pour the egg that I beat with the help of a fork on top of the tomato and pepper.

We cook one side of the egg first and then turn it with the help of a plate and cook the other side in the same way. After our omelet is ready, we take it on a serving plate and sprinkle it with hot pepper, which is our indispensable, and make it ready.
