Today, as usual, I started the day early. I didn't even realize that the time was passing quickly when I said it was breakfast, cleaning, the twins' food and bath.
My son Alper wanted waffles from me yesterday. Since I didn't have time to make it yesterday, I promised him that I would make it today. And I had to keep my promise.We went into the kitchen with Alper to make waffles. Oda helped me.

MATERIALS:
-2 eggs
-1 glass of water Milk
-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
-2 cups of flour
-1 teacup of oil
-1 vanilla pod
-1 teaspoon of baking powder

First of all, we take 2 eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk the eggs until they become foamy.

Then we add our sugar.

We add 1 vanilla pod.

We continue with the whipping process.

Then add 1 cup of milk.

We add our liquid oil.

We sift the flour and baking powder we will put into the mortar we prepared for waffles with the help of a sieve and complete the whisking process.

I will make the shape in the toaster, not in the waffle maker. We grease the toaster very little.

We pour about 1 ladle of the cake batter we made with the help of a ladle. And we close the lid of the toaster.

Our waffle is ready, it's time to decorate

We put the waffles on a plate and you can apply chocolate cream and hazelnut cream on it. Then you can put the fruits you want and pour chocolate sauce on it and eat it. I used bananas and strawberries.
