Hey sis, do you know that that your resolution to lose some weight and acquire a flat tommy won't work if you don't stay true to your words.
You see that burning desire in you, the motivation post the never never give up spirit, please do not let it quench so soon. At this very moment you need to strategize and come up with an achievable plan.
But listen Sis, you do not really need motivation before you can begin, all you need is Discipline.
Here is why:
WHY DISCIPLINE IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN MOTIVATION
When you apply discipline in all you do, you don't let lack of motivation keep you from accomplishing your goals.
This thing called 'Motivation' is not stable at all, it fluctuates like our moods, it goes off and on. Therefore, if we safe use motivation as a source of strength to push forward in life, we will become limited as to the greatness we can achieve.
Consistency is the brother of discipline, it permeates all we do and show who we are. Discipline is like a muscle, to some individual it is an immutable aspect of their personality, but to those who lack it, it can be built. Thus those not fortunate enough to have the personality attribute can learn to form a more reliable behavior.
Discipline is a dependable habit that can help us do better in every life adventure. You can begin by cultivating self-control overtime it will help to strengthen your discipline and you competent for the task ahead

For example, change one meal at a time rather than your entire diet. Eating one wholesome meal each day will help you get started and it's preferable than not eating anything at all.
If the thought of an hour-long workout sound like too much for you, simply reduce the timing to a move convinient one like 30mins or less with time you will progress. The key thing at first is to establish a routine no matter how small.
Because ones this dependable habit has been develop and you have become consisted, you can gradually add more activities to the list.
