Introduction

I'm super excited to be participating in this beautiful contest!

In life as a whole, power was very much in the hands of men 🥰 though power is still very much firmly in the hands of men and I'm happy not in steemit.

Do you know why I said that?
Maybe not! But here's the main reason, in steemit there're are both opportunities for women just like men to become MOD as well as steemcurators. Women only need to work hard in the platform, be consistent and do more power ups to reach that reputation.

Role Model

Role models are positive behavioral and value adding traits I see in an individual before calling them my admirals.

It's quite important to look up to someone and most importantly when the person constantly makes your u proud!
I have always had role models who are women but not on the same platforms that I'm on and the women that I ever did admire as role models I have never had the chance to communicate with them one on one but steemit gives me that experience where I don't only talk with them but get frequent advise and how to improve my post and get to where I want to. In steemit I admire the likes of @ngoenyi, @svm038 and @patjewell. They're a reflection of who I want to be in steemit come a year or more. They're alot of them I haven't noticed and I hope to notice soon

The best thing I like about these women and steemit is that, they're not selfish with knowledge and their advice are always be consistent and improve on your publications because steemit is an open field.

Cultural aspect

It's quite amazing how in steemit, individuals who are committed in steemit must have the cultural aspect of researching and reading.
If you're a steemian who doesn't have these two mentioned things, you're not going far because steemit is a no nonsense platform that franks at plagiarism. You can be banned from the platform with such.

If you're a good reader, you can actually learn and apply alot from this blockchain.
In this lite, different cultures from the world have been discovered through my interaction from steemwomensclub as I learned different dressing, food, lifestyle too.

Craft

The steem women are very creative and such, it's a privilege to be reading from your daily craft. Ranging from sewing, needing and more! It's an aspect that promoted me to learn a craft and today I'm glad steemit have made me learn a hand -on craft that will not only yield me money but also will help me teach other women. Food

Gone are those days when they say a woman's place is in the kitchen. Though women are good in managing the home, the kitchen is definitely a practical place as concerns the home. I'm amazed as how I have written a long list of different recipes here that I have learned and will try it soon. You definitely should be anticipating for the post because you guys have made continental dishes handy.

Dedication

Woman have alot of things to deal with at home especially like cooking, taking care of the kids, and family too but I'm motivated how I see them very much active in steemit more than Even the men. Kuddos to all consistent women out there, it's because of you that I won't give up here. It's because of you that I'm going to be dedicated too! And yes! I'm a woman and I'm glad I am and belong to the most influential community that host women of different ethnicity, countries and continents of the world.

Conclusion
