Its nice to great you all again hope you all are fabulous fit and fine, today I am going to share mango shake recipe hope you all like it.

MANGO SHAKE


This is totally refreshing drink is made by combining mangoes, curd and jaggery. It has a traditional flavor 😋.

INGREDIENT

  1. FRESH MANGO 🥭
  2. CURD (DAHI)
  3. JAGGERY (GUD)

METHOD

Took 3 chilled mangoes 🥭 wash nicely then peel the mangoes and chop mangoes In a dice shape now add 1 cup of curdn on it and now add jaggery as per your taste
Put all in the mixer jar and mix it add a chilled glass of water and blend it till we get smooth fine paste of it now serve a juice into the glass and keep in refrigerator for 10 mints and now you can enjoy your drink.

BENEFITS

JAGGERY:- It cleanses the whole body , improve digestion, prevents anemia, improve nervous system, rich in iron purifies blood, released hormones.
MANGO:- Help to maintaining cholesterol levels cleansing skin, helps in regulating diabetes, lose weight healthy eye.
CURD:- Reduces high blood pressure, good for bone health, good for skin, good for digestion.
