A very good morning to all of you! I’m grateful to God for giving us this day. Today I made myself and my family a small breakfast that was delicious. I hope you would love it too. I hope I could finish posting this before the power goes off today.

Let me start by giving you a fresh start for your day by a quote that I passed yesterday.

All you need is 2 eggs and a handful of sausages that you prefer. I am going to make this very simple and not even to look like that it’s hard by giving ingredients and instructions to follow step by step.

First lit the gas cooker and prepare a pan t cook the meal. Then add some oil to your preference. Keep some time for the oil to heat up. Then add the sausages.

Small tip: better to cut the sausage in to pieces and fry. It will make you easier to cook and the time will also save. Plus, your gas and current too. 🤪

Now you can cook the eggs. So here I have taken 2 eggs. Break those 2 eggs and add a pinch of salt and pepper to the dish and mix it well. Pour the mixture to the heated pan and let it cook for some time. Make sure you don’t increase the flame, or else it’ll burn.

Now the meal is ready. You can serve this meal with a smoothie or a cup of juice. Trust me this will blend well.
