African women representative report for the week ending 10th April, 2022||See what you have missed

Dear @steemitblog and steemwomens club community, I hereby present my weekly report of the activities of the African women for the period ending 10th April, 2022.

• The total publications made by the African women throughout the week

• The powerup they did

• Their active delegations

• Their club status as of today

• The zoom meeting with the African women

ACTIVE POSTERS FOR THE WEEK

A total of 17 women were active this week under review and they made a total of 37 publications and that is approximately 2.2 publications each. But some were more active than the others. @hannybanny were the most active or will I say super active as she made a whooping total of 7 publications. She didn't allow a day to pass her by without making publication and that is apart from the ones she might have made in other communities. This is quite commendable.

Our Club status changes from time to time according to the activities in our wallets that is why I like to check them each time I am preparing a report. I have done so now and the result of the club status of the active African women are as shown in the list below 👇👇👇

Total powerups by the women for the period under review

The importance of powering up our earnings as soon as they pay out can never be overemphasized unless we are making preparations to participate in spud4steem. This means that in a maximum person of 30 days, we can powerup else, we should power up as soon as our earnings payout. This will help us to earn more curation rewards as we vote with our accounts. The African women did power up their earnings for this same period and they made a total of 1582.437 steem power up. This is quite commendable. @hannybanny delegated 50 sp, @ninapenda took back her 100 sp del and @udyliciouz delegated 50 sp and that means, plus and minus is we still have the same total delegation as we had last time.

My zoom meeting with the African women

Day by day, I keep seeking for avenues to encourage the women. This week that just ended,I scheduled a zoom meeting with them and it was awesome as they turned up. Those who were present benefited from the association with their fellow steemians. It was also an avenue to
To activate inactive members. This meeting was greased by the presence of two users who have not posted for sometimes now and they got to know because they were still in our whatsapp group. They joined the meeting and we're encouraged.

I did encourage them to remain active, upvote their fellow users, comment on other people's publications as they would expect theirs to be upvoted and commented on, they should also try to complete their Achievement posts and stand a chance to receive support from steemcurator03 if they have not passed 1 year they joined steemit. And so many other things.

It is true that we want to encourage all women to be active in the community, but that doesn't rule out the fact that the community has an acceptable publications. • It is important to note that we should take the club status very seriously by constantly checking if we are still in the club. Our supports from booming and from any if the curators, be it @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02 depends on the club status even though we are sure that the supports are not certain. But we want to do our part first by being in the clubs especially upgrading to club75 or even club109.
