Is my pleasure to be here once again. I hope you are all doing excellently well. Lets see the right food to eat to stay healthy.

What is carrot?

Carrot is a vegetable that is orange in colour and sweet for eating. Is normally seen mostly in the northern part of Nigeria.

Things we can get from eating carrot

  • Good eye sight. Eating carrot is so good to the eye because of the vitmain A.

  • It helps to reduce weight. In The case of over weight taking more of carrot can help to reduce it.

  • carrot as an immune booster :Do you know that carrot contains those nutrients that can help our immune systems to be very strong to fight diseases .

  • It protects the liver. Carrot helps the liver to produce cells that protects the liver as it contains beta-carotene.

  • It heals wounds. Because of vitmain C in a carrot it help to fasten the healing process of any wound.

  • It reduces the risk of cancer. Cancer as a deadly disease is something we should run from. So by eating carrot it will reduce the risk.

  • It glows the skin. Carrot contains some oil that makes the skin to look healthy and beautiful.

There are some many good thing about carrot. In other words we should also eat anything with moedration to avoid the side effects like.

  • Vomiting. Some infacts finds it difficult to crush the carrot very well and this can lead to vomit. When is not digested.

  • Decoloration in breasts milk. As a lacting mother every thing you eat goes to the breast so too much carrot can change the color of the milk produced.

  • Increased body sugar. Since there is sugar content in carrot is advisable to eat little if you are hypertensive.

Eat healthy and live healthy, Healthy is wealth.
