Hello great women of @steemwomenclub.
I am so delighted to be part of this great community and to share my healthy exercise/routine exercise here.

Exercise is very essential to the body systems.
It helps to keep one fit mentally, emotionally and physically.
Therefore, we ought to exercise frequently for our well-being.

When you are going for jogging, you need to be kited in a light sportswear such as :

  • snickers.
  • shorts/joggers
  • jersey

In my exercise routine, I go for 3 kilometers jogging once in a month by 6:00 am.

I take a deliberate walk everywhere Sunday evening from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm to help keep me fit.

I advise we all take a walk once in a while to help keep the body fit.

Wow! You jog for 3 km. That's impressive. I used to run everyday for about an hour starting at 5:00 am but not anymore due a lot of insecurity. Do keep up.

At first it was a tug of war for me until I continue regularly.
Still I pant like a dog always 😂 😂 😂 😂

Keeping fit is good.

Hola que bueno que puedas salir a correr, a mí me gusta mucho pero ahora se me hace difícil porque tengo niños pequeños, sin embargo estoy tratando de hacer algo de ejercicios en casa... Todo es por la salud.!!!

Hey! You have a good exercise routine. I'm currently goin to the gym, but i would like to star jogging in the morning, i just need the power force 😅
