Improvement can be defined as bettering oneself in all spheres of one’s life. This can be done by anyone be it a child, an adult, lady or man. Today I am going to talk about how I try to improve myself as a woman.
Well, well appearance is such a huge factor but this is something I try to work on. First of all I try to keep clean which is refreshing. Keeping things like clothes, shoes clean has helped me to have a clear mind. I used to neglect keeping my shoes clean but interacted with a friend who used to clean her shoes daily and I tried it and truthfully it just makes me feel good to know that everything I am wearing is clean.
I am also trying to horn in on my makeup skills though at the moment I am still trying to collect makeup products as I try to learn the art. Makeup is supposed to be used to enhance one’s appearance. I find that learning this art can help me save money as I do not have to look for a makeup artist and I can always use it as a skill that earns me some money. Though I am trying to learn for myself 😂.
Hair is another thing I have tried to make a routine for because it helps improve my confidence if it is on point. I have tried to look for products that work well with my hair and I try to wash my hair weekly since my scalp easily gets dirty. Hair is considered a woman’s crown therefore keeping it Kempt is a must. Having a routine is helpful in the sense that one plans ahead in that even though they do not have the money, they can still look after their hair.
Exercising is also something I have been doing in the past to improve my mental and bodily health. Though I have slacked lately but I try to walk to keep my body active.
Reading books especially educative ones is something I try to do as it helps me learn new things about myself and also opens my mind to various points of view. Taking rest also helps refresh my mind because I do any work best when I have had a good nights’ sleep.
Those are some of the things I do to improve myself as a woman.
