We all know that women are more emotional than men. If you take an example from the very past to this modern-day, you will see no difference. Though there are changes in time, in culture, in our lifestyle. But this basic will never change, I guess.

I believe this is the one best reason why we should be emotionally more conscious. You can name it emotional mindfulness. This mindfulness actually can lead us to be emotionally more resilient.

Now the question is, why I'm saying specifically about women?

I believe, women are the generation holder. Yeah, truly. Not only because of the capability of reproduction but also how women got themselves involved in raising up humans and serving them with love, support, and everything defines a generation.

We don't have to give birth to be a woman. We are by definition women and that's all matters.

Now, you may argue with me or agree; I don't know. But what I believe is, as we face more difficulties emotionally and physically; we should make ourselves more elastic so we can adopt more. There's something build in us but we need to add more emotionally. So we don't fall apart, we can fight and do our best.

You know, it's 2021 but still, the world is not for us. Having the emotional strength to face this strange & difficult world is a must. And that's why we need emotional resilience.

We need to have good control over our emotions, we need to know when and how to react & respond, we need to have a good emotional understanding so we can proceed better in this world and in our life as well.

The world, your surroundings, even your closest one will try to make you feel down sometimes. This is how life works for women around the world. But your resilience will save you, will let you choose the best, and will tell you what to do!
